The unit is located on the beach at 55th Street in Ocean City, New Jersey. With an unobstructed view from the unit overlooking
the beach and ocean, you'll be transported to a place where you'll only relax and unwind as you watch the seagulls fly outside
your efficiency condo unit. The unit is located on the top floor (3rd Floor) of the building.
The unit is complete
with a Queen-size bed, pull-out full-size sofa bed, Cable TV and VCR, Refrigerator, AC/Heat, Complete Kitchen with pots, pans,
Microwave, 2-burner Stove Top, Dishes and Plates, Glasses, and Utenils.
You'll enjoy off-street parking, private bulkhead
leading to public beach, laundry facilities on premises and fenced sandy courtyard for tenants of the Top Of The Waves use
only.
You'll truly want to return season after season, in fact, many of my guests return in the off season for romantic
weekend getaways or just to unwind from the daily grind.
